Each of the 40 residential homes is supported by a neighborhood house which contains offices for the Unit Director, Social Worker, Unit Physician, Nursing Personnel, and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDP’s), as well as Administrative Support Staff and clerical personnel.
Devin manages the Center’s internal and external communications, including social media, web development and newsletter production. He enjoys the strong team spirit and positive environment of Ludeman and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
